Agenus is a clinical-stage immunotherapy company targeting complementary mechanisms to fight cancer, including checkpoint inhibitors, immune activators, and tumor microenvironment conditioning agents. California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) – The CCPA (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives California consumers enhanced rights with respect to their personal information that is collected by businesses.
